Description
Making More Words with PALS is the advanced word maker. The 100 tiles represent all the letter-sound
combinations that children will need for Grade 2 and beyond. Making More Words with PALS includes:
- 26 single sounds
- “Floss rule” spelling choices (ll, ff, ss, zz)
- Consonant digraphs and trigraphs
- Vowel digraphs, trigraphs
- Diphthongs
- R-controlled vowels
Consonant sounds are represented with black letters and vowel sounds are blue letters.
The magnetic tiles fit perfectly onto a word-making board that is slightly smaller than A3. Each tile has a demarcated “parking spot” to ensure that they are always in the same place and are easy to find.
